Position Overview:
Position for individuals with 1+ years of experience in Real Estate with a graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
1. Initiate outgoing calls to propose and arrange site visits for potential customers.
2. Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and suggest suitable sites for visits.
3. Follow up promptly with potential customers to maintain interest in site visits.
4. Manage outbound calls efficiently to prioritize site visit arrangements.
5. Document all call information accurately in the CRM.
6. Meet qualitative and quantitative targets for site visits.
7. Utilize strong knowledge of available sites to qualify customer needs effectively.
8. Demonstrate sales aptitude by suggesting additional properties during site visit proposals.
9. Ensure exceptional customer experience by creating positive rapport and brand awareness.
10. Follow up internally to ensure timely action on customer requests.
11. Schedule site visit appointments via reminder calls, ensuring adherence to schedule.
12. Communicate professionally with internal and external customers, emphasizing site visit benefits.
